Sugarpuss London can currently take on bespoke work for all types of beaded jewellery and accessories, be it an anklet, bag charm, or gem encrusted collar for your cat. Furthermore, we are able to take on commissions for bulk designs, for instance matching bracelets for bridesmaids or special events. Sugarpuss London has connections to a network of dealers all over the world that can offer us a wide variety of gemstones, including those that are rare and hard to find. Sugarpuss London are also pleased to announce that we can now take on certain forms of bespoke metal work and design, including commissioned rings; bespoke pendants and bangles; bracelets; necklaces; necklets; anklets and much, much more.
Turn around time for bespoke jewellery design is generally 3-4 weeks but may be longer or shorter depending on the specifics of the piece or pieces you have in mind. A deposit of 60% of the total value must be paid in advance of any work being undertaken and the balance payed upon completion*. Bespoke or custom designed pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable, however, we will work with you throughout the process (sending you pictures where necessary) to make sure you are happy with your design.

*Although we say the deposit is non-refundable if we have ordered the components for the project but not yet started work on it, we will only charge you the cost of retuning the goods to the suppliers (if we are able to). If we have not yet ordered the components, you will receive the full value of the deposit back. If work has started on your order, you will lose your deposit in total.
