This toddler's necklace is a one off design handmade from AAA grade round white freshwater pearls in an evenly matched 4.5mm size. The pearls have fantastic lustre and smooth nacre and are accented at the clasp end with 0.7 carats of rare natural white Mintabie opal in a smooth rondelle cut. Each opal bead has sparkling colour flashes of red and green not captured in the photos. Twinned with the Mintabie opal is 0.5 carats of high quality natural pink tourmaline.Tourmaline and opal are the birthstones for October (or Libra) so, although this necklace is perfect for any little princess, it is especially suitable for those born in that month. The necklace is finished with sterling silver beads, bullion, a heart shaped lobster clasp and a two inch extender chain, which has been hand soldered on to the necklace for extra security and to provide a longer lasting fit.

Don't forget, we do offer a bespoke children's jewellery service, so if you like this necklace but the price tag is a bit too steep, we could offer a similar design using our pebble pearls and/or different opals. Alternatively, if you like the design but would like the necklace in salt water pearls, then we can also help.
