These 'Silver, Welo Opal & Seed Pearl Earrings' are handmade from 1.55 carats of solid white crystal opal from the Welo province in Ethiopia. Each opal disc has been hand picked as a good colour match and has masses of sparkling reds and greens in a white crystal base. The opals have been hand pinned in sterling silver with tiny natural white seed pearls and then hand linked on to sterling silver chain, so they have a wonderful swinging motion which enhances the colour play when worn (as the opals are encouraged to dance in the light more).
