This necklace has been painstakingly put together out of masses of rare candelaria turquoise nuggets all hand pinned in to place with a combination of rainbow moonstone and green apatite rondelles. All of the turquoise nuggets have been clustered together to hang on a sterling silver chain, at the bottom of which hang an eccentric cluster of large rainbow calsilica flat tear drop briolettes.
This necklace is front fastening, as the pendant is suspended beneath a large Karen hill tribe hammered toggle clasp, which supports the weight of the necklace well.
For added interest, the sterling silver chain has been interrupted at intervals with green amethyst and sky blue topaz rondelles, which adds a touch of delicacy to an otherwise substantial necklace.
This necklace provides a hanging length of approximately 17", exluding pendant.
