These chunky crystal opal earrings are handmade from two well matched Australian opals from the Lambina opal fields. Each gem is 100% translucent with a rich amber glow when the light travels through it and both exhibt a lovely purple crystal fire in a broad wash across the front.
The opals weigh in at a total of 18.45 carats and have been hand pinned in sterling silver and sandwiched between two artisan made Bali silver spacer beads before being hung from our favourite hand forged sterling silver ear wires.
The opals used in these earrings match perfectly with the opal used in our White Pearl & Crystal Opal Bracelet (good to know if you like matching items).
These opal earrings are fully hallmarked by the London Assay Office and stamped with Sugarpuss London's unique studio maker's mark.
