These chunky Lambina opal earrings are handmade from two well matched 12mm Australian opals from the Lambina opal fields. Each gem exhibits blue, green and purple fire - the purple being a crystal wash or shadow and the blue/green fire running horizontally around each gem. Both opals also exhibit some natural rock patterning and the surface is smooth and glossy with a good polish.
The opals weigh in at a total of 18.55 carats and have been hand pinned in sterling silver and sandwiched between artisan made Bali spacer beads before hanging them from our favourite hand forged sterling silver ear wires.
These opal earrings are fully hallmarked by the London Assay Office and stamped with Sugarpuss London's unique studio maker's mark.
