This one of a kind opal necklace is handmade from 285 carats of Australian Lambina crystal opal with predominantly blue/purple fire, however a few delicate reds and greens can also be found. The opal spheres each measure a large 12mm in size and are accented with 3mm solid 18k gold beads and 10.5 carats of genuine AAA grade royal purple amethyst. The necklace is finished with a secure but easy to fasten 18k solid gold artisan made hook clasp.
This crystal opal and amethyst necklace measures just under matinee length at 19.5" and is a fairly chunky piece compared to the other Australian opal necklaces we feature - perfect for those who like to make a bolder statement.
This opal necklace has been fully hallmarked by the London Assay Office and stamped with Sugarpuss London's unique studio maker's mark, 'SL'.
