This opal and moonstone necklace is handmade in the Sugarpuss London studio from 3.55 carats of solid Queensland boulder opal with a vein of dark blue circling the top of the gem and 3.4 carats of natural rainbow moonstone. The moonstone has good clarity with only a few feather inclusions common to the stone and has a bright blue/green flash that rolls around both sides of the stone depending on how the light hits it. Both gems have been hand wrapped in sterling silver and are presented on a handmade and hammered silver circle charm and 16" sterling silver chain.
