Welcome to the sugarpusslondon.com's terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Statement regarding personal information provided by you.

We may change these terms from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Of course, if an order has already been confirmed we will be bound by the terms and conditions that were then present.
When you place an order with the Sugarpuss London website you will receive confirmation of your order and confirmation of dispatch via email. Please make sure that the email address you provide is correct and the mail account provided by you is working properly.
Transactions are charged at the time the goods are ordered, when you click on the confirm and pay option. If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods, the value of the items that are not dispatched will be refunded via the original method of payment.
Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the confirm button.
Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
- The product ordered being unavailable from stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment.
- The identification of an error within the product information, incluiding price and promotion.
If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our website.
On this website: no statement shall be deemed to affect the statutory rights of a consumer that cannot be excluded or restricted by law.
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Please see our returns policy below for further details.
The Product:
We have made every effort to ensure that the products we supply correspond as closely as possible to the pictures shown and descriptions given. However, please note that colours may vary in accordance with the settings on your monitor, software or printer. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product upon delivery. Please also note that all our measurements are approximate; please allow a +/- 1cm variance on any size stated.
Product Use:
All of our jewellery is designed to be worn with care and may fail if placed under undue stress (so many pieces should not be worn around young babies & children who like to grab!). As is the nature of fine jewellery, gemstones may fracture if dropped and precious metals may tarnish if not looked after. It is advised you treat your designer jewellery with the care and attention it deserves.

All of our prices are in UK pounds and, in general, exclude delivery charges. Any other currency displayed on the site is for comparison only. You will be billed in UK pounds and if you purchase from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit card.
Customers outside of the UK should also note that they are responsible for all local taxes, customs charges and import duties on their order and that these are not included in the purchase price. We cannot cover these extra duties for you.
Sugarpuss London currently only accepts payments by credit/debit card, cheque or PayPal.
Most orders are dispatched same or next working day and all orders are tracked and/or will require a signature upon delivery. Delivery times will vary depending on where you live and which postal option you choose*.
- Recorded Delivery (First Class) - within 1-7 days after dispatch.
- Special Delivery - next working day after dispatch, by 1pm.
- Special Delivery by 9am - next working day after dispatch, by 9am.
- Saturday Delivery - delivered on Saturday by 1pm.
- Saturday Delivery by 9am - delivered on Saturday by 9am.
For guaranteed Saturday Delivery orders should be placed by 9pm on the Thursday before delivery is desired. If the order is placed after this time, we will not be able to guarantee delivery on the desired date, however, we will usually contact you in good time if this is the case and find out your preferred options. Very rarely we may disable one or more of these shipping options if we know we will not be able to meet demands.

Delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed, however, we will do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered within the stated time.
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by a failure to gain access to the delivery address on the agreed delivery date or failure to obtain a signature or because of other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
In cases of items returned to us due to failed delivery it will be the customers responsibility to arrange and pay for redelivery.
*If an item is needed urgently (for a birthday or wedding present etc), please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to meet your demands or, at the very least, let you know whether or not we can!
Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. This right applies to all goods purchased on this website except for products marked (*) and any pierced products, such as earrings; these are excluded because of current Health & Hygiene Regulations.
Sugarpuss London is committed to providing customers with high quality products and customer service. However, in the event that products are found to be faulty, please refer to our returns policy outlined below. Please understand that it is our commitment to you to ensure that products received are of the highest possible standard.
If you are unhappy with any standard items ordered through our website, please contact sales@sugarpusslondon.com and ask for a returns number. You should then write that returns number clearly on your original invoice. Please send the goods to be returned in their original packaging to the company's registered address below within 14 days of receipt.

When returning products you should package and label them properly so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. You should also insure the items to be returned and retain some proof of postage in the event that the the parcel goes missing, as products remain your responsibility and property until we receive them.
Please note, Royal Mail 1st class Recorded Delivery no longer provides insurance for jewellery items. At the time of writing, Royal Mail Special Delivery insures jewellery items up to £1000, so we recommend that you use this service or, if ordering from abroad, a service that provides equal or adequate cover.
If there is a genuine fault in the product we will offer a full refund including the original shipping fees and the cost of returning the item, however, we will refund all money after receiving the product back and examining it.
Handmade to order and bespoke products: these items cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product in whole or part.
We are unable to provide refunds on either standard, handmade to order, or bespoke products unless they are returned to us in their original condition. We cannot be held accountable for damage incurred after receipt.
It is now Sugarpuss London's policy to photograph all items in their packaging at time of dispatch, so that we have a record of their undamaged status. If the exterior packaging of your parcel looks damaged in any way shape or form, do not sign for your package. Acceptance of your package denotes acceptance that it was undamaged at receipt. We take great care with our packaging and if the box is intact your jewellery should be intact. Fragile areas are always protected with tissue paper. If you return an item to us that is broken or smashed we will refer to both our photograph at dispatch and to whether you signed for the parcel. Repairs can always be made to an item, but whether there is a charge or not will be at our discretion. Again, we cannot be held accountable for damage incurred after receipt.

If any terms are deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
