    This AAA+ coin pearl & topaz pendant is handmade from a large AAA+ grade white coin pearl with thick nacre and outstanding lustre. The coin pearl is hand pinned in sterling silver with 18k gold vermeil Bali style spacers and a 1.65 carat, AAA grade, mystic pink topaz rondelle.

    The gems are presented on an artisan made, satin finished, 24k gold heavy-plated sterling silver ring and classic 18" sterling silver trace chain.
