This Akoya pearl and opal pendant is a one off design handmade from a large 6.55 carat natural solid Andamooka matrix opal and a genuine 6.5mm, AAA+ grade, salt water Akoya pearl.

The gems are hand pinned in 24k gold vermeil with artisan made daisy spacer beads and presented on a large, decorative 24k gold vermeil bail and 18" 22k gold vermeil baby snake chain (0.7mm wide).

The opal in this necklace is of particularly fine grade, with numerous flashes of precious green fire on a dark black-brown base, as well as larger swathes of rolling fire.
