This opal heart lariat necklace is a one off design handmade using a 6.6 carat, natural, solid, dark based Lightening Ridge opal. The opal heart has a few light blue/green colour flashes, mainly within the matrix, and has been hand pinned in sterling silver onto a sterling silver chain. The other end of the necklace features a fleur-de-lis charm hand wrapped beneath a bright, 0.5 carat, black Ethiopian opal rondelle.

As this necklace is a lariat, the design is claspless and offers a versatile and adjustable wrap to suit - one example of how to wear the necklace is shown.

Full length: 22" - adjustable from around 15" +
